Shift: Monday thru Friday with on-call schedule

Maintenance Staff Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Possess knowledge and skills needed to provide maintenance
- An understanding of confidentiality, boundaries and ethics
- Sufficient knowledge of chemical handling and the MSDS Manual
- Knowledge of OSHA safety precautions
- Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPAA
- Adherence to SRN/HPTC policies and procedures
- Conduct daily facility tours and collect all maintenance requests; Ensure that the facility grounds and amenities are maintained in safe and attractive conditions: ie. Lawn care, parking lot, building entrances, walkways and snow removal
- Perform minor electric, plumbing, HVAC and building repairs
- Repair and paint the facility as directed
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all maintenance, lawn care, housekeeping and floor care equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all refrigeration units and other electrical appliances
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Floor Care experience a plus
