Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and passionate User-Generated Content (UGC) Creator to join our dynamic marketing and advertising team. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop authentic and engaging user-generated content, including short-form videos, images, blog posts, and product reviews.
- Video Production: Create high-quality video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Social Media Management: Curate, schedule, and post content across various social media channels to support client campaigns.
- Brand Engagement: Interact with target audiences, respond to comments, and foster online communities for client brands.
- SEO Optimization: Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and brand awareness.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging digital marketing tactics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics, optimize content strategies, and provide performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a UGC creator, content creator, or social media manager.
- TikTok experience required - demonstrated ability to create engaging TikTok content and understanding of platform-specific trends and features.
- Professional English level
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and social media trends.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and content creation platforms.
- Excellent storytelling, photography, and videography skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced marketing/advertising environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
