CNC Mill Operator

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | Day Shift

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to join one of our clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, technical work in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience operating CNC mills, and a commitment to producing quality parts to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Load materials and tools, monitor machine operations, and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining instructions
• Troubleshoot minor issues with machinery or tooling during production runs
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow shop safety protocols

Qualifications:

• 1 year of CNC mill operation experience preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
• Basic math and mechanical skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required
