What will this role do?
The main responsibilities of the Retail Sales & Service Associate include interacting, educating, and advising customers face-to-face and on the phone, assisting with inventory, interacting with local service providers and recommending solutions to the customer.

Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
- 2 years experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry—hospitality and retail backgrounds preferred
- Computer operations necessary for running an office/retail center (POS systems; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)
- Basic inventory and cash handling skills
- IIC / RIC card preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to spend extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
