QUALIFICATIONS:

• 21 years of age
  
• Established and respected leadership track record 
• Complete certification program as required by licensing agency
• Ability to meet the licensing requirements for Administrator in WA state
  
• Computer and basic software program skills 
• Strong ability to organize, manage time, and problem-solve
• Strong business acumen skills coupled with good judgment
  
• Excellent customer service and managerial skills 
• Ability to motivate teams through setting a vision
• Current or obtain CPR & First Aid certification
• Current TB test
• Health screening and finger printing (California/Arizona only)
• Valid driver’s license
• Negative criminal record/background statement
• Must meet all criteria as required by state and local licensing
• A passion to serve seniors
