QUALIFICATIONS:
- 21 years of age
- Established and respected leadership track record
- Complete certification program as required by licensing agency
- Ability to meet the licensing requirements for Administrator in WA state
- Computer and basic software program skills
- Strong ability to organize, manage time, and problem-solve
- Strong business acumen skills coupled with good judgment
- Excellent customer service and managerial skills
- Ability to motivate teams through setting a vision
- Current or obtain CPR & First Aid certification
- Current TB test
- Health screening and finger printing (California/Arizona only)
- Valid driver’s license
- Negative criminal record/background statement
- Must meet all criteria as required by state and local licensing
- A passion to serve seniors
