About the role
Help residents live with purpose each day through whole‑person support.
Provide physical assistance and emotional support with dignity and respect.
What you’ll do
Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
Offer companionship, cueing, and purposeful engagement
Observe and report changes; document per policy
Uphold infection control and safety procedures
Support dining, hydration, and restorative activities
Skills & attributes
Compassion, patience, and professionalism
Clear communication; problem‑solving
Adaptability; teamwork; willingness to learn
Interest in dementia‑support techniques
Relatable experience
Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving roles
Hospitality/healthcare/customer service
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Current negative TB test; background check clearance
