Our company is seeking a detail-oriented Front Office Supervisor to handle a number of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a variety of operational areas to ensure smooth operations and the highest quality of our services. Your role is to ensure that all bookings are processed and the daily operations run according to plans. As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of reception, including front desk communications and reservations. Other responsibilities include daily office support, cash management and emergency procedures. You must be knowledgeable about technology, as you will manage reservations, bookings and show information through our proprietary software.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation of front desk and reception services .
- Assist with the preparation of documents and other office management duties .
- Provide basic clerical assistance and handle office mail .
- Answer phones and greet customers who enter the office .
- Assist in managing staff schedules, including the booking and rescheduling of appointments, as well as in-office scheduling of meetings and events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 per hour
