Front of House Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including the pub, dining rooms, pool bar, halfway house & beverage carts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction
- Train and supervise front of house staff, including bartenders, servers, and runners.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols and health regulations
- Create and update schedules for front of house staff
- Assist with interviewing and hiring new team members
- Conducts 90 day & annual reviews
Qualifications:
- 2 years or more of previous club or high end restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food production & catering
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
