The Director of Research Administration provides strategic leadership for the administrative aspects of research operations.
This role is responsible for managing department budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support research activities.
The director works closely with investigators, internal departments, and external partners to facilitate funding and resource allocation.
Key duties include regulatory and data integrity, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving initiatives that promote innovation, operational efficiency, and research excellence.
The Director of Research Administration oversees the regulatory, quality assurance & informatics, business, and data teams.
