    Highline Public Schools is seeking a Ready K Teacher to join our team of educators for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year!

    SUMMARY: Teachers help students learn skills and develop attitudes and appreciations which will lead them toward the fulfillment of the District’s goals of education.

    • The Ready K Teacher contracts will follow the same building schedule associated with their location placement for all DID and professional learning days. their assigned al learning. From the first day with students until November 21st, candidates selected for these positions will be assigned as a guest teacher throughout the district across all elementary sites.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Current Washington State Teacher’s certificate with appropriate subject area endorsement(s).
    • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Criminal background clearance and all certificates, licenses, endorsements, permits, and vaccines (absent exemption) as required for this position by state and local authorities.
