What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet and assist customers with unit rentals and general inquiries
- Support sales by responding to leads and promoting services
- Maintain a clean, welcoming office and customer area
- Process payments and assist with daily tasks like bank deposits and reports
- Help manage past-due accounts and enforce lien processes
- Track facility performance and support reporting needs
- Perform regular property inspections and basic maintenance
- Assist with cleaning units, changing locks, and ordering supplies
- Monitor safety and escalate issues as needed
- Partner with the Property Manager and maintain a positive team culture
- Step in during absences or peak periods to help lead the property
- Follow company policies and live out “The Highline Way” in your work
Required Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable with light maintenance duties and physical work
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or facilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and occasional overtime
- Reliable transportation to and from work
