Client Experience Associate - Hightower Signature Wealth

Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower’s capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent-minded wealth advisors to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their financial vision. Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).

The Role

We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented professional to join our client service team of a growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a client-facing environment and is eager to learn the inner workings of a busy wealth management practice. As the first contact for visitors and callers, you'll help create a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You'll also support internal operations, assist with client service tasks, and contribute to marketing and executive support projects. No prior industry experience is required — just a passion for service and a willingness to grow. You will report to the Managing Director.

What You'll Do

Client Experience & Front Desk:

• Greet and welcome all visitors to the office
• Schedule and facilitate client office visits
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Help with purchase and approval of client gifts
• Provide support to the Growth & Marketing team
  
  
  

Office Operations:

• Set up and break down in-office meetings
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Manage FedEx account and office supply inventory
• Load/unload dishwasher and maintain common areas
• Be the primary liaison with building management
  
  
  

Administrative & Client Support:

• Provide executive support to Management Team
• Scan and route incoming checks
• Log and scan client custodial statements
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Experience delivering white glove client experiences
• Prior experience in client-facing or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer

• Annual base salary of $50,000-$55,000 based on qualifications and experience
