Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including social media, email, website, and print.
- Support corporate events, sponsorships, and community engagement aligned with company values.
- Develop branded sales and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for digital, internal, and customer-facing campaigns.
- Maintain and update website content; assist in managing SEO and digital visibility.
- Track key marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Design digital and print assets including graphics, infographics, social media visuals, signage, and presentations.
- Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content for brand storytelling, campaigns, and internal initiatives.
- Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and company voice.
- Stay current on emerging design trends and apply modern approaches to content development.
- Manage digital asset library and maintain organized creative files.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, or visual design.
- Proven portfolio of multimedia and graphic design work is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Familiarity with Canva, Wix, and video editing tools such as Capcut or Adobe Premiere.
- Experience managing content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Visual storytelling and graphic design abilities, including knowledge of typography and layout.
