Host Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with warm, professional hospitality
Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow
Answer phones, assist guests with questions, and handle takeout orders and payments
Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area
Work closely with the team to ensure an excellent guest experience
Busser Responsibilities
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Assist servers with food, drinks, and guest needs
Keep dining areas, restrooms, and public spaces clean and organized
Complete side duties such as refilling water and rolling silverware
Requirements
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Availability on evenings, weekends (required), and holidays
Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
