Role Description
Freight brokers put an incredible amount of trust in Highway and that trust will be extended to you. The Director of Carrier Relations will be responsible for all carrier communications, managing associations, marketing and operational support. Managing multiple projects, this leader will be responsible for standing up the carrier relations program.
Your role:
- Be the spokesperson, and point of contact for all Carrier Relations within the Highway ecosystem to enable the uptake of relevant product adoption within the market.
- Manage associations, ensuring those partnerships and relationships have frequent and high levels of communication.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to review and approve carrier specific campaigns.
- Be the trusted advisor internally and externally within Highway for new product launches and how those communications are relayed to the carrier network.
- Develop rapport within the carrier community. Receive carrier feedback and concerns and interface with the Product team to communicate product enhancements and feature requests.
Qualifications
- Proven leader in a Carrier capacity, very familiar with the transportation industry and the value of Highway’s product in this space.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable in speaking engagements, proven spokesperson comfortable driving communication and change management plans.
