Job Summary:
Hiley Hyundai of Burleson is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team. As a Lot Attendant/Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot and providing top-notch customer service. This is a full-time, hourly position in the fast-paced and exciting auto industry located in Burleson, Texas.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $10 to $12 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within our company.
Responsibilities:
• Keep the dealership lot neat, organized, and free of debris
• Maintain an inventory of vehicles on the lot and ensure they are properly labeled and positioned
• Assist with moving vehicles as needed for display or customer test drives
• Clean and detail vehicles when necessary
• Greet and assist customers as they enter and exit the dealership lot
• Maintain excellent customer service by answering questions, providing information on vehicles, and directing customers to the appropriate department for assistance
• Ensure all vehicles are locked and secured at the end of each day
• Assist with dealership events and promotions as needed
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
