HCWS is seeking Sales Consultants to handle the demand to protect our homeowners health, home and household budgets. Texas has the most challenging household water quality issues in the country. As we continue to grow, we are seeking self-motivated, energetic and experienced Sales Consultants to join our team with focus on the Buda,Kyle and San Marcos Areas. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our Sales Representatives are responsible for Field prospecting and lead generation via canvassing, door knocking, outbound calling, and leveraging existing relationships/network. Leads generated from these activities will be eligible for commission payments when the job is sold and completed, as well as ensuring proper documentation for each appointment scheduled. We meet weekly for ongoing sales training and coaching camps.

  • In Home Water Quality Assessment ( we will train)
  • Present Products and Programs (we will train)
  • Complete applications and contracts (we will train)
  • Listening, writing and math skills
  • Building a great rapport with customers
  • Handle constructive criticism
  • Must be comfortable meeting prospects face to face

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a client base through various channels, including networking, referrals, and door knocking.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess customer's needs and provide accurate cost estimates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to effectively educate clients and make informed recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors.
  • Interact with potential customers and briefly explain product/service benefits.
  • Participate, as a company representative, at home shows, exhibitions, and street fairs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Results driven and goal oriented to succeed
  • Ability to walk neighborhoods and knock on doors for face to face communication with potential customers
  • The desire and ability to navigate (via car and by foot) targeted areas/neighborhoods engaging potential customers
  • The ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
  • Competitive and "hungry" spirit that propels you to success
