In this role, you'll be responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects through proactive outreach. Core Responsibilities of Our Verizon Wireless Sales Representative :
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to turn potential customers into loyal clients, sharing insights to improve strategies
- Qualify leads from marketing efforts and provide excellent customer service by addressing each customer's unique needs with care and professionalism
- Promote current Client offers to drive additional revenue opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle client concerns promptly, ensuring issues are resolved quickly by coordinating with the right team members and following up when needed
- Learn from top-performing Verizon Wireless Sales Representatives and senior managers by networking and staying updated on the latest marketing trends
- Follow client-specific guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards, building trust and loyalty with both customers and clients
Qualifications for the Verizon Wireless Sales Representative Position:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 0-1 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or marketing is ideal, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong interpersonal abilities
