Position: Customer Service Representative Company: Hillandale Farms
Location: Akron Main Office
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
- Enter sales orders accurately into the ERP system, ensuring all specifications and information on quotes, customer POs, and sales orders are correct.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and promote customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Perform all other duties as assigned, approaching each task with a positive and proactive attitude.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
