Position Summary
This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitization of egg processing equipment and common areas, following instruction and maintaining proper safety guidelines.
Essential Job Functions
- Follow GMP’s
- Report food safety and quality concerns to Sanitation supervisor or Processing manager
- Cleaning and sanitization of egg processing equipment and common areas.
- Wear required PPE and follow instructions
- Work well with others
- Other tasks assigned as needed
Qualifications / Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sanitation experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Remain focused to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Conscious of surroundings at all times
- Able to follow instructions closely
Physical Effort/ Work Environment
- Able to move at a fast pace
- Able to bend, squat, kneel, and twist at waist as needed
- Able to lift 25 lbs
