What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Based Clinical Supervisor position at Hillcrest Children and Family Center?
Hillcrest Children and Family Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor with strong leadership and organizational skills for our School-based program. The Clinical Supervisor must have the experience and energy to develop Hillcrests virtual/in-person therapeutic program. The clinical supervisor must have experience managing both fulltime and contract psychotherapists who provide Individual psychotherapy/counseling.
Responsibilities
- Provide case coordination and oversight to licensed psychotherapists to ensure the provision of best practice clinical interventions.
- Provides individual and group clinical supervision weekly to psychotherapists and interns as assigned to ensure appropriate clinical assessment and service delivery
- Conduct Individual/group supervision for Trauma informed care (TST and TFCBT) staff.
- Coordinate accreditation and consultation for trauma informed programs (TST and TFCBT)
- Provide therapeutic clinical intervention based upon best practice standards.
- Provide modality trainings to clinical staff.
- Supervise case consultation, referrals, and case coordination
- Develop reports, clinical staff feedback on policies and procedures and conflict of interest standards and guidelines.
- Demonstrate trainings around mental health and substance abuse issues.
- Coordinate opportunities to develop formal partnerships with appropriate external agencies.
- Provide Advanced Qualified Practitioner (AQP) approval and oversight for therapy notes, assessments, treatment plans, crisis plan, CASAS, LOCUS, GAINS etc.
Must have LICSW or LPC in Washington, D.C.
Salary: $75,000-$80,000 annually
*Includes sign-on bonus of $5,000*
As a NHSC certified site eligible employees can receive up to $50,000 in student loan repayment.
