What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Worker (Youth Development Professional) position at Hillcrest Educational Centers?

YOUR COMPENSATION: $21.00 to $24.00/hr to start
- Career Ladder Raise to Step 2 as early as 6 months: $1040
- Continue with your Career Ladder to Step 3 and 4: $1560 for each step
- Referral Bonus: $1500 for every full-time referral who gets hired
- Additional Compensation for CNA Credential - $0.50/hour (Autism Program only)
Bachelor's Degree. Relatable experience considered

- Get certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
- Get certified in 1st Aid and CPR
- Spend a day doing a guided observation
