Responsibilities
- Attend to patients in senior living facilities when they are admitted.
- Daily rounds to assigned nursing facilities to ensure high quality care and responsive to our patients’ needs.
- Prepare and maintain all reports, claims, and correspondence necessary or appropriate to performance of professional services in a timely manner.
- Accept proportionate after hours call to assigned nursing facilities with other AMM providers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree or Doctor of Nursing Practice with board certification preferred.
- Licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a Registered Nurse.
- Current valid and unlimited license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Nebraska.
- Current valid and unlimited Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration number and applicable state permit.
- At least three years’ experience in health care with at least two years’ experience providing direct resident care in skilled and/or assisted living facilities.
