- Responsible for operating all routine radiographic equipment safely and proficiently
- Produce high-quality radiographs with a minimum of repeats
- Handle multiple room assignments and different types of exams on a daily basis
- Demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions
- Oversee duties assigned to student radiographers
- Handle telephone scheduling procedures and operate the PACS computer system
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology training program in a school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA.
- Registered or registry eligible with the ARRT
- If registry eligible upon hire, you must become registered within one year of employment
- Basic Life Support certification
- Previous X-Ray Tech experience
