- The LPN works under the direct supervision of the Physician, RN and other clinical staff in the delivery of primary care to patients.
- He/she is an integral part of the interdisciplinary care team and is responsible for adhering to the standards of nursing practice, managing supplies and equipment, and promoting teamwork with the physicians and personnel of other departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
- Prefer 6 months to 1year experience.
- ACLS to be acquired within 1 year.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical and critical thinking outlines in the performance standards.
- Must be able to provide nursing care to patients of all ages: neonates to geriatric population. Demonstrates team working, self-direction, and teaching skills.
Salary : $37,000 - $46,800
