Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Individuals within this job class holds two roles and must work in the scope of practice for a Radiology Technologist, RCIS and/or RCES in addition to possessing additional ladder roles verified by competency checklist.
- He/she are accountable for all of the functions and competencies for two of the following roles; Cath Nurse Monitor, Recorder, Scrub for both diagnostic and interventional, and/or Xray, EP/Nurse Monitor, Recorder, Scrub, and/or EP Technical, Structural Heart Nurse Monitor, Recorder, Scrub, and/or Xray.
- Each role is verified by a competency checklist. The individual within this job classification are accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
- He/she is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- Associate's Degree or Vocational/Technical Degree required
- ARRT or RCIS registry eligible at time of hire required
- ARRT or RCIS registered within one year of hire required
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Cath Lab experience preferred, but no experience required
