• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Responsibilities

• Professional administrative assistant who coordinates medical staff activities, performs secretarial and delegated executive duties.
• Assists with the process of verifying and maintaining the credentials of healthcare providers, primary by performing tasks like data entry, document collection, and initial credentialing checks, under supervision.
• Works cooperatively with outside review organizations, hospital personnel, nursing services, ancillary services, residents, students, and providers in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Acts as a liaison with assisting residents, students, and providers as needed.
• Ensures that healthcare providers meet the necessary qualifications to practice within a healthcare organization by facilitating the credentialing process.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• 1 Year of experience in a healthcare setting
