Our family-owned and operated small business is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician with a strong background in automotive repair and painting. Employee will be responsible for performing quality repairs on damaged vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Paint experience is preferred, and compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications. We are willing to train the right Indvidual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform body repairs, frame straightening, and paint refinishing on vehicles as needed
- Work efficiently and safely to complete repairs within established timelines and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician
- Paint experience is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in all aspects of body repair and painting, including frame straightening, welding, sanding, and buffing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Compensation: Pay ranges from $15/hr to $30/hr, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, and other benefits.
