Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist physicians and registered nurses in procedures such as laboratory tests, sterile processing, gastric lavage, neonatal ventilator management, cardiac catheterization, and sonography.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in [state].
- Proven experience in providing nursing care in various settings.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
