Craft Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Craft Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and assist with retail math as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events such as banquets or catering functions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, including brewing techniques and cocktail innovations.

Skills

• Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or nightclub settings.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Knowledge of retail math to assist in managing inventory and sales.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
• A passion for brewing and mixology, with an eagerness to learn new techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
