Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Auditor at Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Aksarben Village in Omaha, Nebraska. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's night operations and providing excellent customer service to our guests during their stay. This is a part-time hourly position, reporting directly to the Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting the night audit process, including balancing accounts and generating reports
- Greeting and checking in guests during late night hours
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during their stay
- Maintaining the safety and security of the hotel premises during the night shift
- Assisting with the preparation of breakfast for guests in the morning
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Following all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle cash and process financial transactions accurately
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use hotel reservation software
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
