Control Room Operator

Qualifications: 

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. 1-3 Years of Security & Hospitality experience.
3. Active CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (Adult, Infant, and Child) or ability to acquire one within 30-days of hire.
4. Active State of Nevada Guard Card or ability to acquire one within 30-days of hire.
5. Active State of Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card or ability to acquire on within 30 days of hire. 

Preferred, but not required:

1. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 
2. Excellent customer service skills. 
3. Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. 
4. Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes. 
5. Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action. 
6. Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation. 
7. Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets. 
8. Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.  
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
10. Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and/or established timeframes.
