What will I be doing?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness in all interior and exterior public areas of the entire property and to supervise Common Area Attendants.
- maintaining proper working relations within the department and with other operating departments on property and for providing outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the timely delivery of guest and housekeeping requests and maintain the highest cleanliness standards for the property.
- Customer-oriented and welcoming.
- Organized and dependable with leadership experience or proven capability to lead.
- Maintain a high-level of performance and follow standard operating procedures to achieve excellent audit scores.
