What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Hilton Marco Island Resort and Spa?
Hilton Marco Island is seeking a dynamic Busser to join the best Food & Beverage team on Marco Island!
POSITION PURPOSE:
Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Promptly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Consistently reset all service ware as prescribed in Task Analysis.
- Transport all dirty tableware from Restaurant to dishwashing area for proper cleaning and breakdown.
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and high chairs/boosters cups, side plates etc..
- Take full responsibility of cleanness of the restaurant including glass walls, fans, AC vents, floors, tables, chairs, inside bar.
- Serve guests beverages, breads and butter when necessary and replenish as necessary.
- Assist other outlets if needed.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the Hotel.
