Housekeeping - Franchise

Job Requirements

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces to Hilton brand standards
• Make beds, replace linens, and restock guest amenities
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and tidy up all assigned areas
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Organize housekeeping cart and maintain cleaning supplies
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests and coworkers

Work Experience

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, reaching, standing, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
