The famous Caribe Hilton is looking for their next Beach Attendant to join their Recreation team.

The Caribe Hilton has welcomed guests since 1949 and has 17 acres of tropical landscaping, nine restaurants, island-inspired rooms, spa, and oceanfront pool complex, all right on the beach.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability

Pay Rate: $16.43 per hour

A Beach Attendant is responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Confirm guest registration and distribute and track inventory of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of beach area including, but not limited to, emptying used towel bins, collecting used towels and maintaining neat appearance of beach towels on shelves
• Perform general beach-related duties, as needed

A Beach Attendant serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Bilingual:  English & Spanish
• Basic computer knowledge

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous customer service experience
