Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking for a Cashier/Deli Attendant to join MainStreet Market! Steps away from Disney Springs®, MainStreet Market is open daily, from 6AM until 1AM and proudly serve Starbucks coffee and a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks – from fresh fruit and pastries to salads, sandwiches and pizza.

The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in customer service and have full availability to work the ever changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern: AM, MID and PM shifts, starting as early as 5AM, and ending as late as 1.30AM-2AM, Weekends/Holidays availability required.
Pay Rate: $13.52 per hour, plus tips.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Cashier, you would be responsible for totaling and processing guest food and beverage purchases in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet and acknowledge guests upon check-out from dining outlet
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
• Ascertain guest satisfaction and work to resolve any guest issues or concerns, enlisting the assistance of a supervisor, if necessary
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
