What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food and Beverage Manager - Hilton Arlington National Landing position at Hilton?
Hilton Arlington National Landing is searching for a talented Food and Beverage Manager to help lead their team! This position will primarily be supporting banquet operations however will also support outlets when needed.
Boasting 393 rooms, 3 Food & Beverage Outlets, and 23,000 square feet of meeting space, this beautifully vibrant property offers a great next step for a talented/experienced food and beverage leader looking for a new and exciting career move.
In this role, you will be overseeing a team of 15 food and beverage professionals. This position will report to the Director of Banquets and work alongside two other talented Food and Beverage Managers.
The ideal candidate will be an engaging leader who has a passion for creating exceptional experiences, strong customer service skills, product knowledge, the ability to multi-task, and the desire to foster a culture of respect and positivity. Prior food and beverage leadership experience is required. Prior banquet operations experience and union background is preferred.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is required including weekends and holidays
