What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility/Busperson, Hudson and Nash - Hilton San Diego Bayfront position at Hilton?
Rising above the San Diego Bay and steps from the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park, Hilton San Diego Bayfront is the signature SoCal resort. Hudson and Nash offer’s some incredible views of the bay both during the day and night. You will also be able to enjoy some of the positive vibes of the waterfront area. Our waterfront hotel has 1,190 guest rooms and over 170,000 square feet elegant indoor and gorgeous outdoor event spaces.
What will I be doing?
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
- Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Running of Food and beverage from the kitchen and or bar to designated areas
- clearing trash as needed
- Filing beverages at tables as needed
