HTC Commercial Flooring is hiring for a Project Manager, offering floor covering materials and installation services for commercial projects Nationwide. The Project manager will be responsible for managing, planning, directing, and coordinating activities of commercial flooring projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the projects are met.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate specifications from plans and on-site verifications
- Prepare proposals for corporate customers
- Procure bids from vendors for materials
- Procure estimates from subcontractors for labor
- Maintain job costs
- Put together change orders
- Track and procure approvals on change orders
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- College Degree
- Tech savvy
- Min of 2 years of project management/estimating and/or construction experience
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Able to work as part of a team and self-motivate
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Flooring industry product knowledge a plus
- Valid driver’s license and background check required
