Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, seeks an attorney to join our Defense Litigation group in our Schererville (NW Indiana) office.

You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.

Position Requirements:

• Must be admitted to the Indiana bar in good standing  and Illinois bar admission is a plus (candidates working remotely from Illinois must have Illinois bar admission)
• Ideal candidates will have general liability defense (ex. product liability, construction defect, premises liability, vehicle liability matters) and/or professional liability defense (ex. medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, errors and omissions defense)
• Candidates must possess experience drafting complex opinions and motions. 
• Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
