Receptionist duties include:
- Assists Business Office Manager with administrative tasks including inputting maintenance requests, maintaining inventory of office supplies as well as ordering
- Answer phone system and communication system
- Greet and assist visitors
- Assist with resident maintenance requests
- Manage transportation schedule and coordinate
- Keep all brochures welcome packets and other material stocked

Requirements
QuaIifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in office management or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Must be able to meet all state and local requirements for employment screening, including drug/ background screening and abuse registry where applicable
