Utilizing cutting-edge Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems, you'll ensure data accuracy and streamline processes. Your responsibilities will include scanning and verifying data, processing invoices, and maintaining positive vendor relations. Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our organization. Essential Functions:
· Scan and verify data in OCR systems to maintain accuracy
· Enter manual invoices/payments as needed
· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
· Offer clerical support, including mail handling and check processing
· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient AP operations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Minimum one year of A/P or data entry experience
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to multitask and thrive and fast-paced environment
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
