Client is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for its commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. This role involves working closely with internal teams to support program managers and ensure all necessary marketing materials, rebate applications, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in energy efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities : ssist in the creation and review of marketing materials related to energy efficiency programs.Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for rebate applications and ensure they meet program requirements.Coordinate the review and approval process for materials, ensuring alignment with program guidelines.Support the development and tracking of program marketing initiatives, including outreach to potential customers.Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools to support program tracking and reporting.Participate in meetings and discussions with program managers to provide updates and assist with project management.Provide general administrative support as needed for energy efficiency program operations.Qualifications :
Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.Interest in energy efficiency and the utility industry is a plus.bility to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks.bility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
