Our client is looking for caring, nurturing, and energetic full-time Early Childhood Education Teachers to join their premier preschool in Braintree, MA. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6-weeks to 2-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training.

• This is a Direct Hire positions with the school
• Full-time; Monday-Friday; shifts are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; year-round employment

OPEN POSITIONS

• Infant Teacher; working with children 6-weeks to 16-months-old
• Two's Teacher; working with children 2- to 3-years-old

Salary
$20.00 - $23.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as the maintenance of educational portfolios
• Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18-years-old
• REQUIRED Education: CDA, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or an education related field
• REQUIRED Experience: At least one year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
• Must meet background check eligibility
