What You Will Be Doing
- Troubleshoots and plays a pivotal role in project deliverables and outcomes.
- Collaborates closely with business stakeholders to grasp and document their requirements for new or improved systems.
- Conducts interviews, workshops, and analysis to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs and desired outcomes.
- Analyzes current business processes, systems, and workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Documents business processes, user requirements, and system specifications to provide clear guidance for stakeholders, internal IT developers, and vendors responsible for building and implementing solutions.
- Applies principles and tools for managing and analyzing data.
- Works with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs, including creating functional specifications, data models, and system design documents.
- Serves as a communication liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and vendors, ensuring mutual understanding of needs and constraints for successful solution delivery.
- Assists in developing test plans and test cases, collaborating with affected stakeholders and users to validate functionality and business value.
- Manages issues during testing and reports test progress to the project team.
- Supports the implementation of new systems or enhancements by coordinating with various teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Assesses and manages risks associated with proposed solutions, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Provides ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related issues and inquiries, and collaborating with IT and vendor teams for timely problem resolution.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
