Are you ready to build your career by joining an international automotive company? If so, our client is hiring a Support Specialist.
Position Type:
- Contract
- On-Site
- Detail oriented.
- Microsoft Outlook experience is a must.
- PowerPoint and Excel experience. (Must have strong knowledge of both).
- No pivot table knowledge is needed, just strong abilities with running reports.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Must be assertive.
- German language skills would be a plus.
- Background in finance, accounting or bookkeeping would be ideal.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (standard 40 hours).
- Calendar management and scheduling travel arrangements.
- Generating reports for the weekly and daily meetings.
- Taking meeting notes and generating agenda for meetings.
- Facilitate the meeting to ensure everything stays on time.
- Reporting updates. (Need to do and keep up with).
- Supplier reports/updates, weekly and monthly calendar all need to be kept up to date.
- Letting the managers know critical topics coming up in the reporting.
- Must be able to collect data and put into a PowerPoint presentation.
- Responsible for some PO's for office equipment and other supplies.
