Job description
Serve as the primary phone operator, directing calls to the appropriate personnel and greeting visitors and package delivery drivers.
Scan, redact, and organize customer documents (FFLs, state licenses, credit applications, etc.) into digital PDF files.
Assist with FFL, SOT, and state license renewals during high-volume periods in the Records Department.
Follow up with customers via email and phone to request additional documentation, logging attempts on Excel.
Distribute USPS mail and prepare intercompany mail on a regular schedule, while providing support with special projects as needed.
Requirements
Must have related experience such as medical records or document verification background.
Must be comfortable speaking with customers.
Must be proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent. Background check required.
Drug screening required.
Reference check required.
