Full Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the investment strategy of the science and technology industry, research investment projects, based on the company's development plan.
  • Judge and make decisions on science and technology investment projects.
  • Complete the scheme design, feasibility study, analysis, and evaluation of science and technology investment projects.
  • Technology investment project execution, including due diligence and project negotiation.
  • Responsible for post-investment management of science and technology investment projects, tracking the whole life cycle of investment projects, and realizing investment value-added.

Qualifications :

  • Master's degree or above, major in computer, EE, or other related major preferred.
  • At least 8 years working experience in the technology field, with at least 2 years working experience in technology investment in a benchmark organization.
  • Have a deep understanding of the development status of multiple or certain subsectors of science and technology, and have thinking and judgment on the corresponding investment direction.
  • Have the theoretical foundation of primary market economy and investment, master research and analysis methods and procedures, and own methodology.
  • Strong independent thinking ability and good teamwork.
  • Highly curious about the industry, strong research spirit, high sensitivity, and broad perspective.
  • Identify with value investment and long-term investment philosophy.
  • Practical, simple, direct, and professional, able to adhere to high working standards.
