Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear and concise presentations of financial performance to executive leadership, board members, private equity partners, and lenders.
- Lead and empower the finance team by refining organizational structure, systems, and workflows.
- Develop and scale financial models, forecasts, and key performance indicators that align with strategic business goals.
- Manage the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and detailed variance analysis across all departments.
- Guide financial planning efforts and deliver insights that support both immediate priorities and long-term growth.
- Support mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, due diligence, and post-deal integration.
- Supervise treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash flow management and accurate working capital forecasting.
- Strengthen the company’s data ecosystem to support robust financial analytics and scalable modeling.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and support compliance with audit and tax regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce reliance on manual tasks through automation.

- Proficiency in ERP and financial reporting systems, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Hands-on experience leading high-impact finance initiatives such as close optimization, system upgrades, and acquisition integration.
